Qualifications and Criteria Standards for Foreigners Undertaking the Jobs Specified Under Subparagraph 1 to 6 of Paragraph 1 of Article 46 of the Employment Service Act Article 25
Employers have to be qualified for one the following when hiring foreigners for the work stipulated in the previous Article:1. Lawyers/ attorneys recognized in the Republic of China.2. Lawyers/attorneys specialize in foreign laws.
