Chinese:: 外國人從事就業服務法第四十六條第一項第一款至第六款工作資格及審查標準第2條

To be employed at the jobs specified in Articles 46.1.1, 46.1.2, 46.1.4 to 46.1.6 of the Act, foreigners have to comply with the Standards stipulated herewith.To be employed at the jobs specified in Article 46.1.3 of the Act, foreigners have to comply with the Regulations Governing Educational Institutions at All Levels Applying for Work Permits for Foreign Teachers and their Administration prescribed by Ministry of Education.

外國人受聘僱從事本法第四十六條第一項第一款、第二款、第四款至第六款規定之工作，其工作資格應符合本標準規定。
外國人受聘僱從事本法第四十六條第一項第三款規定之工作，其工作資格應符合教育部訂定之各級學校申請外國教師聘僱許可及管理辦法規定。
