Middle-aged and Elderly Employment Promotion Act Article 37
The public employment service institutes shall regularly collect, organize and analyze the information with respect to the distribution of the industries and the professional jobs that middle-aged and senior persons and elderly persons are in their jurisdictional regions, variation of wages, supply and demand of human resources and future prospects periodically.The public employment service institutes shall set the plan for the creation of the employment opportunities for middle-aged and senior persons and elderly persons according to the result of the investigation referred to in the preceding paragraph.
