Regulations on Work Permit and Administration for Human Trafficking Victims Article 7
In any of the following situations a victim will have his or her work permit canceled or revoked：1.When a legally valid residence permit is revoked by the Ministry of the Interior.2.When the application documents are found to contain false or invalid information.3.When the applicant is already legally working in the Taiwan area.

被害人有下列情形之一者，應撤銷或廢止其工作許可：
一、合法有效居留許可經內政部廢止。
二、繳交不實或失效之申請文件。
三、依法已在臺灣地區合法工作。
