These regulations are applicable to the human resources recruitment industry, meaning the following institutions:1.Private employment services institutions with approval of establishment in accordance with Article 34 of the Employment Services Act.2.Employment service agencies for people with disabilities with approval of establishment in accordance with Paragraph 3, Article 35 of the People with Disabilities Rights Protection Act.
