To operate apprentice training, business entities shall draw up training plans in accordance with Article 12 of the Act. The program shall be conducted according to Paragraph 2, Article 3 and the training plan shall include the following information:1. Title of business entity2. Names and qualifications of trainers and counseling personnel3. Collaborating training units

中文原文職業訓練法施行細則第6條

事業機構辦理技術生訓練，依本法第十二條擬訂之訓練計畫，除應依第三條第二項規定辦理外，並應包括左列事項：
一、事業機構名稱。
二、擔任技術訓練及輔導工作人員之姓名及資格。
三、配合訓練單位。
