Enforcement Rules of the Vocational Training Act Article 2
The implementation of vocational training in association with employment services as set forth in Article 4 of the Act shall be conducted according to the following regulations:1.Vocational training institutions shall plan and conduct vocational training in accordance with labor market demands.2.Vocational training institutions shall provide lists of trainees who have completed their training but remained unemployed for job placement through public employment agencies.3.Vocational training institutions shall accept the delegation of public employment agencies to conduct vocational training.4.Vocational training institutions may accept the delegation of other organizations to conduct vocational training.

本法第四條所定職業訓練及就業服務之配合實施，依下列規定辦理：
一、職業訓練機構規劃及辦理職業訓練時，應配合就業市場之需要。
二、職業訓練機構應提供未就業之結訓學員名冊，送由公立就業服務機構推介就業。
三、職業訓練機構應接受公立就業服務機構之委託，辦理職業訓練。
四、職業訓練機構得接受其他機構之委託，辦理職業訓練。
