Vocational Training Act Article 41
If the difference in vocational training fees and late fees payable as stipulated in this Law is paid within the time limit after being notified but the payment is not made within the time limit, it may be transferred to the court for compulsory enforcement.

本法所定應繳交之職業訓練費用差額及滯納金，經通知限期繳納而逾期仍未繳納者，得移送法院強制執行。
