Vocational Training Act Article 36
The competent authority may, at any time, dispatch personnel to inspect the handling of vocational training provided by vocational training institutions and business entities.Vocational training institutions or business entities shall not refuse the inspection referred to in the preceding paragraph and shall provide related information and materials.
