Vocational Training Act Article 19
For coping with the social and economic changes, the competent authority may survey the demand for job-transfer training and accepting training applications, and design training plan in association with social welfare measures.When drawing up the training plan referred to in the preceding paragraph, the competent authority shall discuss with the agricultural competent authority for the training of farmers voluntary job-transfer.

主管機關為因應社會經濟變遷，得辦理轉業訓練需要之調查及受理登記，配合社會福利措施，訂定訓練計畫。
