Certification administration agency employees who are involved in field test administration may not take field tests conducted by his or her employer. 應檢人為學科採電腦線上測試或術科測試辦理單位之試務相關人員時，應檢人不得在原單位應檢。
但術科測試辦理單位僅有一單位時，其監評人員應由術科測試辦理單位事先報請中央主管機關同意，指派非該辦理單位人員擔任監評及閱卷工作。
