Regulations for Technician Skills Certification Administration and Test Site Article 2-1

The Central Competent Authority may appoint its subordinate agencies (organizations) to handle the development and adjustment of job categories involved in the skills assessment as stipulated in this rule, the formulation of skills assessment specifications, the qualification examination of regulation makers, the issuance of appointment letters for regulation makers, the refund of written and field test fees, the issuance of qualification certificates of supervisory personnel, the selection and commission of supervisory personnel to stop the assessment, and the rechecking of written and field test scores.Regarding the review of written and field test scores as stipulated in these regulations, the Central Competent Authority may authorize the review to other institutions, schools, or corporate bodies, or delegate to the regulatory authorities of cities, counties, or municipalities directly under the central government.
