Regulations on Technician Skills Certification and Issuance of Certificates Article 6
Persons with 15 years of age or educational attainment of junior high school may apply for skills certification of Class C or single-class certified technician.The age referred to in the preceding paragraph is calculated on the basis of the first day of the same stage for written test provided by units of skills certification.
