The written or field test questions shall be sealed by the personnel in charge of test questions bank and signed by the collector of each written or field test administration unit after confirming the exact quantity or handed secretly over to the head of each administration unit.Persons involved of written or field test administration unit shall keep confidential in the process of test questions collection, printing and delivery.
