The Central Competent Authority may request the competent authorities of related business, schools, institutions and organizations to make recommendations when selecting and appointing persons referred to in the preceding article; persons who are selected and appointed shall be issued an appointment letter of composing test questions bank.The effective period of the appointment letter referred to in the preceding paragraph is from the date of appointment to December 31 of the year.
