Regulations on Technician Skills Certification and Issuance of Certificates Article 40
The Central Competent Authority shall establish test questions bank and designate personnel in charge of test questions administration for exclusively administering test questions for skills certification.Personnel referred to in the preceding paragraph shall keep confidential.
