Persons with invigilator and marker qualification shall not refuse without justifiable reasons to perform invigilation or marking duties at designated field test sites.Persons in violation of the provision referred to the preceding paragraph shall not be selected and invited to perform invigilation and marking duties for two years.

具監評人員資格者，無正當理由不得拒絕至指定術科測試場地擔任監評工作。
