Regulations on Technician Skills Certification and Issuance of Certificates Article 31
The Central Competent Authority shall publicly announce the training for invigilator and marker qualification, if there is one of the following situations:1. Classes of Job categories newly developed.2. Number of persons with invigilator and marker qualification inadequate for the classes of job categories after evaluation.3. Other classes of job categories required for skills certification.

中央主管機關有下列情形之一者，應公告辦理監評人員資格之培訓：
