Regulations for Implementing and Rewarding Skills Competition Article 37
The competitor shall exercise due care for safety during the operation of machinery and equipment. Any breakdown of machinery or equipment due to negligent operation shall be resolved by the competitor himself/herself and no additional time will be granted.Those who deliberately damage the equipment or facilities of the competition premises shall be liable for compensation.
