Regulations for Implementing and Rewarding Skills Competition Article 31
When entering into the premises of competition, the competitor shall present his/her badge, identification document and self-prepared tools to the Experts for inspection.The competitor shall not bring into the competition premises any material, equipment, tools, accessory, plans, mobile phones, beepers, wearable device or other equipment and facility with functions of information transmission, sensing, photographing and recording. Except if the Chief Expert grants approval.

選手進入競賽場地時，應出示選手證、身分證明文件及自備工具接受裁判人員檢查。
自備工具表未記載之材料、器材、工具、配件、圖說、行動電話、呼叫器、穿戴式裝置或其他具資訊傳輸、感應、拍攝、記錄功能之器材及設備，選手不得攜帶進入競賽場地。
但經裁判長同意者，不在此限。
