Regulations of Allowance and Approbated Grant for Workers with Occupational Accidents Article 22
The OSHA discontinue to distribute on month payments or allowances since the following month when the allowanced person died.The applicant or his/her survivors should notify the OSHA within 30 days since the day when the allowanced person died.
