Enforcement Rules of Protection for workers Incurring Occupational Accidents Act Article 22
When an employer according to the stipulation of Paragraph 1 or Paragraph 2 of Article 25 of the Act required paying a worker severance or retirement payments shall pay within thirty days since the date of labor contract termination.
