Enforcement Rules of Protection for workers Incurring Occupational Accidents Act Article 11
When the BLI handles the disability subsidy and death subsidy of labor insurance scheme prescribed in Paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the Act, provisions concerning disability benefit and death benefit in the Labor Insurance Act shall apply mutatis to its operation of examination and decision.
