The training unit shall retain documentations specified for the education and training programs set forth in Articles 17 and 18, which include textbook, curriculum, trainee list, sign-in record and contents of courses related to the training program for at least 3 years.When the approved training unit conducts the education and training programs described in the preceding Paragraph, it shall complete the registration according to the contents, time limit and method publicly announced by the central competent authority.The training unit shall make its remarks on the backside of the Certificate of Completion (Form 11) or issue On-the-job Education and Training Records (Form 17) to those who attended the education and training programs set forth in Article 18.Form 11.pdfForm 11.docForm 17.pdfForm 17.doc
