Occupational Safety and Health Education and Training Regulations Article 24

The approved training unit set forth in the preceding Article shall only conduct safety and health education and training programs within the districts authorized by the local competent authority. However, the same shall not apply to the training unit which has been accredited as Category Excellent by the central competent authority, in accordance with regulations set forth in Paragraph 1 of Article 20-3.
