Occupational Safety and Health Education and Training Regulations Article 15
The employer shall require nursing personnel providing labor health services and labor health service related personnel to receive safety and health education and training for labor health services.Courses, hours and lecturer qualifications of the aforesaid education and trainings are subject to regulations specified in Labor Health Protection Rules.

雇主對從事勞工健康服務之護理人員及勞工健康服務相關人員，應使其接受勞工健康服務之安全衛生教育訓練。
