Safety and health personnel referred to in Article 23 Paragraph 1 of the Act mean personnel within the business entity that formulate, plan, promote, and monitor occupational safety and health management work, including the following personnel:1.Occupational safety and health affair managers;2.Occupational safety management specialist ;3.Occupational health management specialist ;4.Occupational safety and health management personnel.

本法第二十三條第一項所稱安全衛生人員，指事業單位內擬訂、規劃及推動安全衛生管理業務者，包括下列人員：
一、職業安全衛生業務主管。
二、職業安全管理師。
三、職業衛生管理師。
四、職業安全衛生管理員。
