Regulations for Governing Designating and Handling of Priority Management Chemicals Article 11

An operator, having the fact of operating the Priority Management Chemicals after the report period as prescribed by Paragraph 2, Article 7, shall file reports to the central competent authority for initial reporting pursuant to Paragraph 1, Article 7, within 30 days from the date of occurrence of the fact, and shall comply with Article 8 and Article 9:Information to be reported for initial reporting pursuant to the preceding paragraph may not include the actual operating information as specified in Appendix 5 of Article 7.
