Regulations Governing the Implementation and Monitoring of Type Certification for Mechanical Products Article 30
The term of validity of the recognition granted to certification bodies shall be in a period of 3 years. Applications for extension of the validity period may be made by the certification body 60 days prior to the expiry date.Where the central competent authority approves the application for extension mentioned in the preceding paragraph, the requirements stipulated in Paragraph 1, Article 29 regarding the publication of recognition status shall apply mutandis mutatis.

中央主管機關對驗證機構之認可期限為三年，期限屆滿前六十日內，驗證機構得申請展延。
