Regulations Governing the Application for Prior Release of Mechanical Products Article 7
Where the obligatory applicant is not able to put up the qualification label, obtain certificate of type certification or complete the assembly of the prior-released products within the specified time limit, an extension of the time limit may be filed with the central competent authority.The extension of time limit mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall not exceed 6 month and be limited to one time only.
