Regulations Governing the Surveillance of Machinery, Equipment and Tools Article 27-1
The verification bodies recognized by the central competent authority which perform product surveillance and processing of noncompliant products as prescribed in Paragraph 1 or 3, Article 7 of the Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to the regulations related to type certification body in Chapter 2 and 4.
