Regulations Governing the Surveillance of Machinery, Equipment and Tools Article 11
For products registered at the Safety Information Reporting Website or granted certificates of type certification, manufacturers or importers shall have production and distribution documents concerning such products.The production and distribution documents concerning products mentioned in the preceding paragraph have to include the following items.1. Dates of manufacture.2. Types, specifications, quantities.3. Dates of shipment.4. Clients.5. Complaints records and service records.Manufacturers or importers shall maintain the production and distribution documents concerning products mentioned in Paragraph 1 for at least 10 years from the date the products were registered at the Safety Information Reporting Website or granted certificates of type certification and keep them available for non-periodic checks by the central competent authority or labor inspection bodies, and the retention periods of production and distribution documents concerning such products shall be extended with the extended validity period of the products as registered at the Safety Information Reporting Website or granted certificates.

製造者或輸入者對於完成安全資訊申報網站登錄或取得型式驗證合格之產品，應建立產銷資料。
前項所定產銷資料，其內容應包括下列事項：
一、產製日期。
二、型式、規格、數量。
三、出廠日期。
四、銷售對象。
五、客戶抱怨處理紀錄及客戶服務紀錄。
製造者或輸入者對於第一項產品之產銷資料，應自完成安全資訊申報網站登錄或取得型式驗證合格之日起，保存至少十年，供中央主管機關或勞動檢查機構不定期查核。
但另有展延安全資訊申報網站登錄或型式驗證合格之效期者，其保存期限應隨展延效期遞延。
