Safety Standard of Machinery, Equipment and Tools Article 7
The safety device of the press or shear machine shall meet the following provisions:1. Adapting to the type of the press or shear machine, the capacity, the numbers of stroke per minute, stroke and operating ways.2. Adapting to the stop performance of each type of the press or shear machine for a two-hand control safety device or a sensing safety device respectively.

衝剪機械之安全裝置，應符合下列規定：
一、具有適應各該衝剪機械之種類、衝剪能力、每分鐘行程數、行程長度及作業方法之性能。
二、雙手操作式安全裝置及感應式安全裝置，具有適應各該衝剪機械之停止性能。
