Safety Standard of Machinery, Equipment and Tools Article 56
The material for the cutter of the hand-fed planer shall comply with the following provisions or others having equivalent or more mechanical properties:1. cutter: complying with SKH2 set in the national standard CNS 2904 “high speed tool steel material”.2. cutter block: complying with the national standard CNS 2473 “the general- structural-using rolled steel material” or the national standard CNS 3828 “mechanical- structure-using carbon steel material”.

手推刨床之刃部，其材料應符合下列規定之規格或具有同等以上之機械性質：
一、刀刃：符合國家標準CNS2904「高速工具鋼鋼料」規定之SKH2規格之鋼料。
二、刀身：符合國家標準CNS2473「一般結構用軋鋼料」或國家標準CNS3828「機械構造用碳鋼鋼料」規定之鋼料。
