The central competent authority may invite experts to provide comments when reviewing the applications mentioned in the preceding Article or commission professional groups to process the review of such applications. It may also inform the obligatory applicant to explain in person.The central competent authority shall inform the applicant in written of reasons of disapproval if the application does not pass the review mentioned in the preceding paragraph.

中央主管機關審查前條申請案時，得邀請學者專家提供意見或委託專業團體辦理，並得通知報驗義務人到場說明。
