The inspecting organization shall sign on the original qualification certificate of boilers qualified in the periodic inspection and indicate the period of service (1 years at the most), but for paragraph 3 of Article 84, the period may be 2 years.The Inspector shall fill the Report for the Result of Periodic Inspection for Boilers (Annex 41) after the completion of the periodic inspection and notify the employer of the results.
