The completion inspection of construction lifts shall include structure and performance inspection, load test and other necessary inspections.The load test stipulated in the preceding Paragraph shall be performed by using a test load weighing 1.2 times of the rated load of the construction lift for inspection of the ascending and descending motions of the construction lift.For the inspection stipulated in Paragraph 1, the inspecting organization may grant the imported equipment a full or partialexemption from the inspection requirements stipulated in this Article, depending on the adequacy of the supporting inspection certifications provided.

營建用提升機竣工檢查項目為構造與性能之檢查、荷重試驗及其他必要之檢查。
前項荷重試驗，指將相當於該提升機積載荷重一點二倍之荷重置於搬器上實施升降動作試驗。
第一項之檢查，對外國進口具有相當檢查證明文件者，檢查機構得免除本條所定全部或一部之檢查。
