The inspection organization shall sign on the original qualification certificate and shall also remark thereon the extended service validity period(1 year as the maximum) for elevators having passed the periodic inspection.The Inspector shall fill upthe Report for the Result of Periodic Inspection for Construction Elevators (Annex 25) upon completion of the periodic inspection and notify the employer of the inspection results accordingly.
