When completing the installation of elevators, the Employer shall fill up the Application Form for Completion Inspection of Elevators (Annex 3) and submit the same along with the documents as shown below to the local inspecting organization for application of the completion inspection:1. Qualification Certification for the Type Inspection of Manufacturing Facilities (the imported facilities shall be supported by thequality control related documents).2. Area drawingsof the installation site.3. Specification sheets of the Construction Elevators (Annex 22)4. Strengthen Calculation basis and Assembly drawings.
