Regulations for Safety Inspection of Hazardous Machines and Equipment Article 167
For dangerous machinery or equipment qualified in the periodic inspection, the period of validity for the qualification certificate of inspection shall be counted since the date of qualification. However, if the inspection is completed within 3 months before the expiry of the period of validity of the certificate, the said period shall be counted since the day next to the expiry date of the qualification certificate of inspection.

定期檢查合格之危險性機械或設備，其檢查合格證有效期限，自檢查合格日起算。
但該項檢查於檢查合格證有效期限屆滿前三個月內辦理完竣者，自檢查合格證有效期限屆滿日之次日起算。
