When applying for the alteration inspection of special equipment for high-pressure gases, the Manufacturer shall fill the Application for Alteration Inspection of special equipment for high-pressure gases (Annex 43) and submit it the documents as shown below.1. Qualification certificate of the type inspection of the manufacturing equipment.2. 2 copies of specification of the special equipment for high-pressure gases.3. Drawings of the altered parts.4. Detailed structure drawing and strength calculation sheet, each 2 copies. However, this may be ignored if the inspecting organization deems it unnecessary.5. Aforesaid certificates for qualification of inspections or their photocopies.Stipulations of Paragraph 3 of Article 126 and Article 127 shall apply to the inspection.
