The inspecting organization shall sign on the original qualification certificate of special equipment for high-pressure gases qualified in the periodic inspection and indicate the period of service (1 years at the most).The Inspector shall fill the Report for the Result of Periodic Inspection for Special Equipment for High-Pressure Gases (Annex 46) after the completion of the periodic inspection and notify the employer of the results.
