Regulations for Safety Inspection of Hazardous Machines and Equipment Article 123
When carrying out the sealing inspection on special equipment for high-pressure gases, the inspecting organization shall first examine the documents submitted by the Manufacturer, and the site inspection shall then be carried out after the documents are qualified.When carrying out the site inspection, personnel designated by the Manufacture or the Manufacturer shall be on the scene and prepare the following items before the inspection：1. Test pieces for mechanical performances.2. Radiation inspection.

檢查機構實施高壓氣體特定設備之熔接檢查時，應就製造人檢附之書件先行審查合格後，依熔接檢查項目實施現場實物檢查。
實施現場實物檢查時，製造人或其指派人員應在場，並應事前備妥下列事項：
一、機械性能試驗片。
二、放射線檢查。
