Regulations for the Labeling and Hazard Communication of Hazardous Chemicals Article 15-1
Manufacturers, importers, or suppliers whose Safety Data Sheets (SDS) provided in accordance with the provisions of the preceding three Articles contain clerical mistakes, incomplete information, or other similar obvious mistakes shall be ordered by the competent authority or labor inspection agencies to make corrections and supplements within a prescribed time period. In case corrections and supplements are not made within the prescribed time period, the matter shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 1 of Article 44 and Article 49 of the Act.

製造者、輸入者、供應者依前三條規定提供之安全資料表，其內容有誤寫、缺漏或其他類此顯然錯誤，主管機關或勞動檢查機構應令其限期補正；屆期未補正者，依本法第四十四條第一項及第四十九條規定辦理。
