Enforcement Rules of the Labor Standards Act Article 44
On the completion of an inspection visit, the inspector shall give all necessary explanations on the results of his visit to the business entity, and submit a report of the same to the inspection agency.In the event that the inspection agency decides that the business entity has violated the statutes or administrative regulations, it shall be duly handled in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
