Labor Standards Act Article 72
To enforce the Act, other labor statutes and administrative regulations, the Central Competent Authority shall either establish a labor inspection agency or delegate this power to the competent authorities in the municipal cities. The local competent authority may also as necessary, dispatch staff members to conduct inspections.The organizational structure of the labor inspection agency referred to in the preceding Paragraph shall be prescribed by the Central Competent Authority.

中央主管機關，為貫徹本法及其他勞工法令之執行，設勞工檢查機構或授權直轄市主管機關專設檢查機構辦理之；直轄市、縣（市）主管機關於必要時，亦得派員實施檢查。
