Labor Standards Act Article 51
A female worker may apply to be transferred to less strenuous work during her pregnancy. The employer shall neither reject her application nor reduce her wage.

女工在妊娠期間，如有較為輕易之工作，得申請改調，雇主不得拒絕，並不得減少其工資。
