Regulations for Handling Complaints Concerning Gender Equality in Employment Article 10
If the complaint or application for review is found defective procedurally but is correctable, the competent authority shall notify the complainant or applicant to make corrections within 15 days upon receipt of the notice letter.If the complainant or application for review meets any of the following circumstances, a decision to reject the complaint shall be made:1.If the complaint is held defective procedurally and uncorrectable, or not corrected within the specific time limit as notified.2.If the application for review is filed after the statutory period.3.If the complaint is not withdrawn pursuant to Paragraph 3 of Article 6.4.If the capability administrative action no longer exists.5.If a complaint or application for review is filed again on the same matter after the inifial complaint already been withdrawn.

申訴或審議案件之程式不符規定，而其情形可補正者，主管機關應通知申訴人、申請人於文到十五日內補正。
申訴或審議之提起有下列情形之一者，應為不受理之決定：
一、程式不符規定且不能補正或經通知補正逾期未補正。
二、申請審議逾法定期間。
三、未依第六條第三項規定撤回。
四、行政處分已不存在。
五、對已撤回之同一申訴或審議案件重行提起。
申訴或審議之提起有下列情形之一者，應為不受理之決定：
一、程式不符規定且不能補正或經通知補正逾期未補正。
二、申請審議逾法定期間。
三、未依第六條第三項規定撤回。
四、行政處分已不存在。
五、對已撤回之同一申訴或審議案件重行提起。
