Regulations Governing Renewal of Labor Insurance by Workers with Occupational Accidents Who Withdraw from Insurance Program in the Medical Period Article 5
The Reinsured Persons shall bear 50% the insurance premium, and the remainder shall be reimbursed from the Labor Occupational Accident Insurance Fund herein (hereinafter referred to as the “Insurance Fund”). However, within two years since the effective date of the first renewal referred to herein, the Reinsured Persons shall bear 20% of the insurance premium, and the remainder shall be reimbursed from the Insurance Fund.The Reinsured Persons shall pay the insurance premium to their insured units on a monthly basis. The insured units shall be responsible for making the collective payment to the insurer by the end of next month. The Reinsured Persons who apply for renewal with the insurer directly shall pay the insurance premium to the insurer on a monthly basis.

繼續加保者，其保險費由被保險人負擔百分之五十，其餘由本法勞工職業災害保險基金（以下簡稱本保險基金）補助。
但依本辦法初次辦理加保生效之日起二年內，其保險費由被保險人負擔百分之二十，其餘由本保險基金補助。
繼續加保者應按月向其投保單位繳納保險費，由投保單位於次月底前負責彙繳保險人；繼續加保者逕向保險人申請續保者，應按月向保險人繳交保險費。
