Organization Regulations on Employee Welfare Committee Article 13-1
The Cooperative shall provide the following facilities and services based on employee needs and funding:1.Canteen2.Dormitory or housing3.Haircut4.Childcare facilities such as baby care centers, preschools, after school care centers, workplace cooperative style education and care services centers5.Family childcare service6.Laundry7.Library8.Recreation9.Supply of articles of daily use10. Other services regarding employee welfarePeople with access to the above facilities and services are limited to the business entity's employees and their dependants. The Cooperative shall be self-sufficient without siphoning monies from the Fund for its operation.The facilities provided by the Cooperative set forth in subparagraph 4 of Paragraph 1, may be commissioned to serve the children of another business entity's employees, and it shall not be subject to the restriction limiting them to the same business entity specified in the preceding paragraph.

職工福利委員會得視需要及經費狀況，辦理下列設施及業務：

二、宿舍或住宅。
三、理髮室。
四、托嬰中心、幼兒園、兒童課後照顧服務中心、職場互助教保服務中心及社區公共托育家園等托兒設施。
五、居家式托育服務。
六、洗衣室。
七、圖書室。
八、康樂室。
九、日用品供應。
十、其他有關職工福利之事項。
前項設施及業務，以所屬事業單位之職工及其眷屬為受益對象。
其經費應以自給自足為原則，不足部分由職工福利金撥充。
辦理第一項第四款所定設施者，得受其他事業單位委託，收托該事業單位職工子女，不受前項有關受益對象規定之限制。
